BEEF

   Our beef is sold by the quarter, half or whole share. All cattle are Angus based for natural optimal growth. They are allowed to free graze on rotational pastures and are supplemented a multi-grain pelleted feed in the field daily.

   We use a local and trusted processer to ensure your meat is handled with care. All cuts are vacuum sealed and will be frozen upon pick up. We charge by the LIVE WEIGHT of the animal and include all basic processing fees. You can find specific pricing and ordering details under our "products" section.

   A non-refundable deposit of $200 per quarter is required to secure your share. Once your deposit is received, we assign you the first processing date available. Payment methods currently accepted are cash, check, fb pay, cash app, Venmo, PayPal or debit/credit cards. (Debit and credit cards will incur a convenience fee)

Quarter Beef

A quarter beef share will yield approximately 100-140 lbs of processed meat in your freezer. The average estimated cost for a quarter will range from $750-$950, including processing.

** Current price is $2.70 per pound, live weight, and includes processing. Price subject to change with market and/or processing fluctuations **

 ** Final price and pounds can and will vary due to the size of the animal at processing. **

Basic cut options for a quarter include the following:

  • 5-6 roasts

  • 6 Ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)

  • 6 Tbone steaks (or filets and NY Strips) (1 inch thick)

  • 4 Sirloin steaks

  • 2 packs short ribs

  • 3-4 packs stew meat

  • 3-4 packs cube steak

  • Brisket

  • 40-60 lbs ground (80/20 grind)

  • Other options include soup bones, ox tail, tongue and liver.

** Any cut not preferred can be replaced with extra ground beef **​

Half Beef

A half beef share will yield approximately 200-280 lbs of processed meat in your freezer. The average estimated cost for a half beef will range from $1,400-$1,800, including processing. 

** Current price is $2.70 per pound, live weight, and includes processing. Price subject to change with market and/or processing fluctuations **

** Price and pounds can and will vary due to the size of the animal at processing **

Basic cut options for a half beef include the following:

  • 10-12 roasts

  • 12 Ribeye steaks

  • 12 Tbone steaks (or filets and NY Strips)

  • 8 Sirloin steaks

  • 4 packs short ribs

  • 6-7 packs stew meat

  • 6-7 packs cube steak

  • Brisket

  • 100-140 lbs ground (80/20 grind)

  • Other options include soup bones, ox tail, tongue and liver.

Whole Beef

A whole beef share will yield approximately 400-560 lbs of processed meat in your freezer. The average estimated cost for a whole beef will range from $2,800-$3,500 including processing. 

** Current pricing is $2.70 per pound live weight and includes processing. Price is subject to change with market and/or processing fluctuations **

** Price and pounds can and will vary due to the size of the animal at processing **

Basic cut options for a whole beef include, but not limited to the following:

  • 20-24 roasts

  • 24 Ribeye steaks

  • 24 Tbones (or filets and NY Strips)

  • 16 Sirloin steaks

  • 8 packs short ribs

  • 12-14 packs stew meat

  • 12-14 packs cube steak

  • Brisket

  • 200-260 lbs of ground (80/20 grind)

  • Other options include soup bones, ox tail, tongue and liver.
