PORK
Our pork is sold by the half or whole share. We charge by the LIVE WEIGHT of the animal and include all basic processing fees. We use a local and trusted processor to ensure your meat is handled with quality care. All pork is vacuum sealed and will be frozen when picked up. Our hogs are kept in an open air barn with plenty of access to the things they love the best; sun, shade and room to root!
Half Pork
On average, a half hog will yield approximately 70-75 lbs. of processed meat in your freezer. The estimated cost for a half hog will typically average between $330-$390, including processing.
The average live weight of our hogs can range from 250-325 lbs. at processing.

Whole Pork
A whole pork will normally average approximately 150 lbs. of processed meat in your freezer. The estimated cost for a whole hog will average between $660-$780 including processing. The average live weight of our hogs can range from 275-325 lbs.
